What is your "WHY"

Why do you do what you do, for what reason?
When things get hard, why do you make the choices you do?
Having a strong WHY can be the difference between achieving what you want or not.
If you don’t know, that’s ok, maybe it's something you have never thought about or maybe it's not something you ever needed to tap into. For many, the more common WHY is their family, kids, significant other, etc. I’m here to highlight how important it is for you to have your WHY, your true WHY, not just something you use or say because it’s what you're supposed to say. It’s got to be part of your core, something so strong it helps keep you on your path, keeping you moving at the worst of times regardless of what is going on. You might have to put yourself into a very uncomfortable situation to find your WHY. I encourage you to sit down and really think, right down some thoughts and list what’s important to you that aligns with your goals, professional, personal and fitness. Think BIG and SCARY goals! Does your WHY support or hinder them?
I firmly believe that you should have multiple WHYs, but 1 needs to be selfish and 1 selfless. Also, your WHY might change over time and that’s ok, we aren’t the same person chasing the same goals so it’s expected your WHY to evolve over time.
My WHYs:
-To Inspire others
-Where is my limit
-I never want to slip back to older versions of myself that doubted what’s possible
-For those no longer here to make the choice, for those that can’t and for those who won’t (but I’ll show them they can)
